Our sessions cost £12.48 and you are invoiced on your first week for the following half term.

Three Year Old Funding


All children are entitled to 15 hours a week, in the term following their 3rd Birthday (see table below).
A child born on or between…
1st April and 31st August
1st September and 31st December
January 1st and 31st March
Will become eligible for a free place from…
September following their 3rd birthday
January following their 3rd birthday
April following their 3rd birthday
Some three year olds are eligible for an additional 15 hours funding (extended entitlement) dependent on family circumstances.

Two Year Old Funding


At Swanwick we accept children from aged 2 and a half.

Families with a household income of less than £16,190 and on Working Tax Credits qualify for the funding, as do families on certain benefits, including income support and job seekers allowance.

Who is Eligible?


Working families with a household income of less than £16,190 a year and receiving Working Tax Credits or Child Tax Credits.
Families in receipt of one or more of the following benefits:
  • Income Support
  • Income-based job seeker’s allowance
  • Income related Employment and Support Allowance
  • Support under Part VI

How Do I Apply for the Funding?


Working families with a household income of less than £16,190 a year and You can apply by completing thonline form or call us tel: 01629 539316 or 01629 539317 or 01629 539319 and we'll let you know if you qualify.
We will need the following information:
  • National Insurance Number
  • child’s name
  • child’s date of birth
If you qualify you will receive a funding approval letter which you can take to the provider of your choice and make arrangements for your child to start.
